We are pleased to report that such an incident has never happened to date, however, should your product not arrive and be lost in transport, we are covered by insurance and will endeavour to get a replacement product to you as quickly as possible.
Yes, we keep positive casts for up to 2 months post supply. If you would like us to keep your cast for any longer than 2 months, please request this when you place your order.
